Experience Enriching Activities with the MAX Adult Holiday Program

 Looking for a unique and engaging way to spend your summer? The MAX program, brought to you by the Y Inclusion Services, is designed specifically for adults aged 18 and over with additional needs and an NDIS package. This program offers a variety of center and community-based activities aimed at maximizing your experiences and providing opportunities to meet new people and have fun.

Overview of the MAX Program

The MAX program operates from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and is located at Y-Space, 41 Miller Street, Epping 3076. The cost is $60.00 per day, with additional NDIS hourly fees as specified in the Service Agreement. The program promises a day filled with enriching activities tailored to enhance social skills, build confidence, and foster new friendships.

What to Bring

Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities, appropriate footwear, and bring essential items such as a drink bottle, change of clothes, raincoat, and any necessary medication in a Webster-pak®. Swimwear may also be required depending on the activities scheduled for the day. It's crucial to discuss any food allergies, medical issues, or special needs with the Disability Services team to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Our Dedicated Staff

The MAX program is supported by a team of experienced and well-trained staff who are adept at working with individuals with a range of physical, cognitive, and sensory abilities. The program maintains a ratio of 2 staff members for every 10 participants, ensuring personalized attention and support. Our staff are committed to helping participants achieve their goals, gain confidence, and build social networks.

How to Book

Booking your spot in the MAX program is simple. Complete and email the application form to info@yinclusion.org.au. Upon confirmation of enrollment, make your payment at the Disability Services Office to secure your booking. Remember, participants need to be enrolled for a minimum of 7 hours per day.

Payment Details

The daily fee of $60 must be paid two weeks before the program starts. Additional NDIS fees apply for any support required outside the designated program times. Payments can be made at the Disability Services Office, ensuring your place in this enriching program.
