Discover Exciting Weekend Camps with The Y Inclusion Services

 The Y Inclusion Services is thrilled to announce the 2024 schedule for our weekend camps designed for adults over 18. These camps offer an incredible opportunity for participants to engage in fun and enriching activities while receiving tailored support through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Our camp program is structured to ensure a smooth and efficient enrolment process. To begin, individuals must register with the Y Inclusion Services. Following this, the application form available on our website must be completed. After submitting the form, our camp coordinator will send a Service Agreement detailing all NDIS fees. A place on the camp is confirmed once the signed Service Agreement is returned. Participants will receive a reminder of their upcoming camp four weeks before the event.

The camps are designed to run from 5 pm Friday to 4 pm Sunday in Epping unless otherwise stated. Here's the exciting lineup of our 2024 weekend camps:

  • Y Camp Wyuna, Queenscliff: 5th - 7th May 2024
  • Snow Camp: 13th (10 am) - 16th (4 pm) June 2024
  • Oasis Camp, Mt Evelyn: 5th - 7th July 2024
  • Lake Dewar Lodge, Myrniong: 2nd - 4th August 2024
  • Anglesea Discovery Camp: 6th - 8th September 2024
  • Camp Weekaway, Benloch: 4th - 6th October 2024
  • Camp Manyung, Mt Eliza: 15th - 17th November 2024
  • Lake Dewar Lodge, Myrniong: 6th - 8th December 2024

To apply for any of these camps, you can complete the NDIS Adult Camp Application. This form requires the participant’s full name, date of birth, preferred camps, and the support ratio needed. Additionally, the name and relationship of the person completing the form, as well as contact information, are needed.

By participating in these camps, adults can enjoy a supportive environment where they can build skills, make new friends, and create lasting memories. The Y Inclusion Services is committed to respecting the privacy of all individuals. Information collected during the application process is strictly for processing memberships or enrolments, and our detailed privacy policy ensures that your data is protected.
