This enriching program ensures that every child can experience the thrill of planned activities, develop new skills, interact socially, and meet personal challenges in a safe and stimulating environment.
Program Overview
The WhiSKHA Child program runs from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm daily, with a cost of $70 per child per day. Note that NDIS hourly fees apply, with a minimum attendance of seven hours per day. This comprehensive program is tailored to meet the individual needs, abilities, and interests of each child, allowing for a flexible schedule that adapts to the children’s requirements on any given day.

What to Bring
Children attending the program should come prepared with appropriate footwear and clothing for the day’s weather and activities. It’s essential to pack sufficient changes of clothes, a sun-smart hat, and snacks, lunch, and drinks labeled with the child's name. The program maintains a strict nut-free policy, so please ensure all food is free of nut products. Additionally, it's recommended not to bring electronic devices to the program.
Medication and Allergies
If your child requires medication during the day, please provide it in a Webster-pak and hand it directly to the staff. Discuss any food allergies or medical conditions such as asthma, epilepsy, or anaphylaxis with the Disability Services team beforehand to ensure your child's safety.
Dedicated Staff
The program is supported by experienced and qualified staff who provide 1:1 or 1:2 support, depending on the child's needs. Additional support staff are available for participants with higher support needs, ensuring every child receives the necessary care and attention.
